As a mineral water producer, we specialise in the production and bottling of mineral water and soft drinks in glass and PET bottles, including bottle washing, packaging, and logistics. Good air quality is particularly important to us because the cleaned bottles are handled in the same production area as the yet-to-be-washed bottles. Prior to the installation of air purifiers, this therefore posed a potential risk of contamination of the product during the filling process. We also previously experienced that the air could feel both stuffy and polluted. With the introduction of Njord’s air purification solution, the working environment has improved noticeably. We use Njord Connect™ ECO+, which continuously measures air quality, and the recorded data shows a significant improvement – the microbiological load in the air has decreased substantially.
This development is of great importance to us and minimizes the risk of microbiological contamination of the products.
