Our in-house service organization consists of trained service technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our customers’ air purifiers. By working with our own technicians, we ensure high quality and specialized knowledge of both the equipment and our customers’ needs. Our service technicians carry out installations, regular filter replacements, preventive maintenance, and ensure that the air purifiers always operate optimally in the environment where they are installed.
To ensure reliable operation, we offer service agreements with uptime protection. This includes scheduled maintenance, filter replacements, and technical inspections at predetermined intervals, combined with rapid support in the event of operational disruptions. At each service visit, a maintenance report is prepared with detailed documentation, including air quality measurements in the customer’s premises. A service agreement guarantees the proper functioning of the air purification system and ensures it delivers the required air quality.
