With the Njord XP-2 Welding Edition, welding fumes, metal particles and other airborne contaminants are effectively removed, creating a healthier working environment for personnel, machinery and production. It serves as an important complement to respiratory protection and source extraction, and also safeguards staff outside the immediate work zone. Like the Njord XP-2, the unit features dual air intakes with a maximised filtration area, two-stage filtration and constant airflow control, ensuring high and consistent filtration efficiency over time.
The construction is robust yet significantly lighter than many conventional units. It can be ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted or floor-standing to optimise clean air distribution and airflow based on the facility’s layout and production processes. The Njord XP-2 Welding Edition is equipped with Njord Connect™ Core – a wireless control system that enables programming, scheduling and monitoring for cost- and energy-efficient operation over time.
