Before we installed Njord’s air purification solution, we faced several challenges in our work environment. Since our production primarily involves processing aluminium, we experienced large amounts of airborne particles and significant dust accumulation on machinery and flat surfaces around the factory. The type of material we process also retains moisture in a way that resulted in very low humidity levels in the premises. Although the low humidity wasn’t a direct issue, it created an uncomfortable working environment for our employees.
After installing Njord’s air purification system, we have seen clear improvements in our workplace. The level of airborne particles, both visible and invisible, has decreased significantly. With material residues removed from the air, the humidity levels have also increased, positively impacting employee well-being. The reduction in dust accumulation has further improved the overall cleanliness of the factory.
Since we ourselves work with air treatment in the form of heat recovery, we understand how important clean air is and the impact it has on the work environment, employees’ health, and performance. As an employer, it is therefore important for us to invest in providing good conditions for our employees to maintain their health throughout their working lives.
When we saw the positive effects of our first Njord units, we decided to expand the system with additional air purifiers to spread the benefits throughout the entire factory. We chose Njord after evaluating several providers, and their solution felt the most appealing and suitable for our needs. Our collaboration with Njord has been highly satisfactory – installations and servicing are carried out as agreed, and the product exceeds my expectations as a customer. The service report provided after maintenance is very convenient and allows us to easily archive the maintenance data digitally.
