A large part of our operations involves assembly, packing, warehousing and deliveries. For us, it’s important to keep our premises as clean as possible, while still being able to manage the flow of goods in and out of the business. One particular challenge is the loading area, where the doors are constantly being opened and closed. We wanted to be able to control the airflow so that air from the loading area wouldn’t spread to the surrounding areas. As part of the solution, we created positive pressure in the factory and installed Njord air purifiers as a barrier between the warehouse and production areas. This has also helped to reduce the amount of dust in the warehouse. When we started looking at different air purification solutions, cleanliness was an important factor. We also wanted to find a way to create a clearer separation between the warehouse and production areas without having to install doors or build airlocks.
For us, Njord’s air purifiers provided a solution that works well for our particular operations, while also contributing to a cleaner working environment. We chose Njord because we already had a good understanding of their air purifiers and knew what they could contribute.
Today, we feel that we have cleaner air and a solution that allows us to work in a way that suits our business well. The air purifiers play an important role in the interaction between the warehouse and production areas, helping us maintain the level of cleanliness we strive for. The cooperation with Njord also works very well throughout the entire process, from installation to after-sales service. Filter changes are carried out smoothly and without disruption, which is important to ensure that the solution continues to work well in the long term.
