We are a laundry facility providing textile services to hotels, restaurants, industries, care facilities, and retail businesses. Our customers rent their textiles from us, everything from bed linen and towels to workwear and entrance mats for a wide range of operations. As a laundry, we handle large volumes of textiles every day, which also means large amounts of textile dust.
Before installing the air purifiers, dust was a challenge for both the working environment and our operations. Staff experienced that the air could become heavy and dusty, and our machines were directly affected. The machines use IR sensors to read the textiles as they pass, and when dust settled on the sensors, the risk of production stoppages increased. Dust could also settle on clean textiles, which is of course unacceptable.
After the air purifiers were installed, we noticed a clear difference. The air quality improved significantly, and both the staff and the machines now operate in a much cleaner and better environment. Production disruptions have decreased, and our textiles remain clean throughout the entire process, which is essential for maintaining the quality we stand for. For us, air purification is an important component in creating a healthy working environment while ensuring the highest standards in our delivery. We want our staff to feel well at work, and our customers to have full confidence in what we provide.
