In our business with the production of bodies, superstructures and trailers for heavy transport vehicles and cleaning vehicles, a lot of welding and grinding takes place in the welding halls, which generates both welding fumes and grinding dust. We also have fiberglass and wood dust that arises when sawing and grinding various production elements. In order to protect the personnel working in production, we have been using air purification for several years, but we chose to switch to Njord’s air purifiers because of the better filtration rate and lower electricity consumption than our previous air purification system.
Now we have less visible smoke in the halls and we experience cleaner air in both the welding halls and in the fiberglass/wood processing hall. In addition, electricity consumption is lower. With fast and flexible service and smooth filter changes, the collaboration with Njord works well and we recommend Njord to anyone who needs a cleaner working environment.
